The laws clearly define what crimes, dismenours etc are and the laws deal with them differently. What Abronye has been saying, all fall within one of those stated above. Stupidity, however, will not allow those making noise against his arrest, understand so. A careful study of the speeches of both Abronye and Afenyo will tell one that they're not very normal. They both suffer from schizophrenia that really needs the attention of a psychiatrist. A member of parliament and a lawyer insulting a judge to that degree? And the stupid ones call these insults criticisms. Criticisms? My goodness! They should better go back to SHS and learn. When it comes to absence of free speech, the presence of arbitrary arrests, detentions, secret murders of people criticising a government, corruption and the worst governance ever in Ghana, no one needs to be told that it was Akufo Addo's government. Coming to detaining Abronye and not granting him bail allegedly because he will continue causing similar misdemeanors etc, is incredible. Why? Will he be detained forever or already serving a life sentence? If the answer is no, then what is the judge saying? Whenever he is released, can he continue doing what the judge allegedly fears and has denied him bail? If it's true, then the judge has misfired big time. The best solution to correct this is for Afenyo to have sought redress in the court but not to have exhibited gross imbecility, unruliness, stupidity, disrespect, backwardness, foolishness, uncouthness, illiteracy, village behaviour, pomposity, all birthed by the indiscipline that followed him from his village to Accra, irrespective of his so-called education and law certificate. One wonders how he obtained that certificate with this height of stupidity.
