It was during John Agyekum Diawuo Kofi Kufuor's presidency that they came for the construction of stadiums; some never left, or left and came back after their initial support to certain private gold and other minerals businesses. This explains why so many of them are involved in illegal gold prospection and galamsey.

Remember Woyome's stadium construction contracts were abrogated unilaterally by the former president when works somehow stalled and progress was inhibited by the lack of consistent cash flow?

The contract was re-awarded to the Chinese by Kufuor circumventing parliament(Which I believed was Woyome's dirty construct or initial purpose for his involvement in the bids), drawing the famous judgment debt we all know about?

these guys are not the owners of the factory. their dialect shows they are from some village somewhere, probably in the north of China. they were probably brought in to operate the equipment probably because the Ghanaians don't know how to yet.

this is not the way to deal with administrative non conformance. You shut it down and post a guard there if you must. But you don't arrest workers. Unless they are suspected of something else like immigration law violations? otherwise, this is needless. we need them more than they need us.
