Nobody would speak against sound judgment. How could one be sentenced on a matter yet to be judged. Who would do that ? A very sound judge?

  I strongly disagree. The practice of not going public on Judges who may be wrong is what contributes to judicial tyranny. Judges serve the public, and the public has every right to know about any questionable decisions or acts taken by Judges. Judges must be respected, but the public should have the right to speak out against Judges as long as no threats are made against, and as long as no one refuses to obey a Judge's order. They're Judges, mere mortals and deities.
