  NDPC please don't waste our time with your text book theories. The young man in Burkina is not as educated as you people. He's only using his head. Common sense. You lot and previous have been a complete waste of tax payer's money. Nii Moi you've been there before so what have the stationery you have wasted on reports achieved. Leadership should just use their heads and take the people along with them that's all.

  Reduce further dinosaur-size govt, to save more resources and use that to implement, for 4-fold gain in officials pocket through more tax from more workers.
  
  True, too much paper work all around. Little implementation, so little shift in productivity.
  More implementation means big shift(or is it big push).
  
  But who would want to be scrapped from easy paper work departments to sweating implementation outfits?
