advisable to convert the School of Hygiene into the School of Nursing and upgrade the graduates into trained nurses. (Every Senior High School and every Primary School in Ghana needs an on-site or ResidentTrained Nurse.)

Ghana has to stop this nonsense. In the developed countries -USA, Canada and the rest, Govt does not post you when you finish your nursing, midwifery, hygiene school. You apply on your own to the hospitals for a job. If you don't find a job you don't blame the Govt.That Nurses Trainee allowance should be stopped. As a country we have surplus nurses at home since 2019 and we are still giving incentives for people to take the course. You only give incentives when you have shortage. Once you get enough you stop. That is what is done in the western world. If they need more plumbers for example , they can give free tuition as an incentive . Once they get enough, they stop.
Ghana must start to think wisely and stop politicizing issues. It kills the country

Soon many Ghanaians will have mental health issues due to unemployment and a security threat if the government doesn’t take any action to fix this problem.basic need of every human being is shelter, food and clothing and the only way to get that in Ghana is jobs, if there’s no jobs then how can a man survive it’s a serious problem.
