  I believe it's similar as in Brenu, some few people are involved in illegal sand business and they fetch 20 Kia trucks a day, then they cry that the ocean beats them. When you destroy the sand boundary what do you expect? Because of the greed of few the rest suffers... Not to mention that the police have their share in that, so once the thieves are arrested the same day they are back to their business.
