I wish i can explain things well. Our understanding of democracy and political power in this part of the world is not the same as others. Do we all expect that a party of between 2to 4million ardent followers will fixed in positions when the party wins power.? Especially when the previous government has shaken the economy with poor decisions and rot? There will be hardships in such instances as such the new government will have to put the economy on sound footing which is the reset before. The party communicators are supposed to be doing this explanations for the party but theey themselves are trying to make it to where the best is. When one dive into water you go down before coming up. So hardship will be there before things normalize. All party faithfuls or supporters cannot be absorb into mainstream governments employment but then government need to create the enabling environment quickly
