Do armed robbers who intentionally kill their victims and ritual murderers care about human rights and human dignity? Are these murders reversible? Why are you advocating for a blanket ban in such situations?
So death sentences must be back since Ghanians are now murderous
Hell no Ghana needs Death Penalty law.
