Don't mind the GMA. The specifics of this death is exactly what the Prof Akosa committee brought out. Saving Amissah on that day required only conducting BLS or SALS on him. Stop the bleeding and replace the fluid he lost. However if a doctor or nurse refuse to see him till he bled to death that is a neglect. Such an intervention could have been done in the ambulance even while it is sitting on the Kwame Nkrumah Interchange. We should accept the error and not repeat it to lose another client again.
