  Nonsense. Property appreciation for who. You buy property thinking it is appreciating. When the land lease on which the building is on expires the property reverts back to the land owner. Dont think you are buying and it will ...

  Nonsense. Property appreciation for who. You buy property thinking it is appreciating. When the land lease on which the building is on expires the property reverts back to the land owner. Dont think you are buying and it will be for your children. In future your children will again have to buy the very same property that you left them from the land owner.
