Government can't figure out.
If not for bad leadership and corrupt system why would one go to another mens country just to be a barber. Ghanaians need to wake up and start holding politicians accountable else nothing will change in Ghana.
Leave them in south Africa to be chopped into pieces by those lazy south Africans
