  If town planning and the ministry of land had done their part during the construction of these houses at the foot of the mountain, this disaster would have been averted. Similar houses have been built in the Aburi valley and ...

  If town planning and the ministry of land had done their part during the construction of these houses at the foot of the mountain, this disaster would have been averted. Similar houses have been built in the Aburi valley and only time will tell when the hills will give way .
