  Maybe from the data from his Bawku Constituency. I doubt whethrr our Parliament comes anywhere near that of South Africa, Mauritius, Botswana, Namibia or Seychelles.

  At least South African Parliament opened the way to have past Presidents like Zuma jailed. In Ghana the only time a sitting Parliamentarian has even been jailed is when hes caught overseas by a Foreign govt for a criminal act.
  
  From Gbagbin , Haruna Iddrisu and lots of NPP crooks who were criminally involved in stealing from the state through the double -salary scam are all still being called Honorable.

  This guy can talk nonsense. i am not sure if our parliament would even be rank tenth position on the continent, always praising themselves, come and see how strong south Africa parliament is, it so strong to the extend that they have the powers to always called the sitting president to go parliament to answers questions whenever the need arise. Can the parliament in Ghana do that. it's a big no to that.
