In the past eighteen months, how many people have been arrested for engaging in galamsey? How many of those arrested have been prosecuted? And what were the outcomes of those prosecutions? If some were not prosecuted, what are their names and why were they never prosecuted? Of the foreign nationals arrested, whatever happened with their cases? Ghanaians need more than a Show and Tell arrest bullshit, they need to be informed about what has happened those arrested. Plastering the news daily with so-called arrests means nothing in the fight against galamsey if nothing ever happens to those arrested.
