  Please accept the fact that there’s still a gap in training and resources. Prof. Akosa was actually being lenient. Compare the system here to places like the US, UK, or Canada and you’ll see the difference. But don’t underestimate yourself — you can reach that level too. Demand better training, better medical equipment, and better support for EMS staff. Let that be one of your goals instead of unnecessarily being defensive. You can't fight these facts, so don't even think you can defeat any fact!
