  Kurt Okraku is the worst thing that ever happened to Ghana football. He destroyed the colts system that trained and replaced aging players in the Black Stars and started over-relying on foreign born players trained by other countries.
  The reason that does not work and will not work is they don't play together that often. But players from the colts system already worked together as a team for years before getting into Black Stars. You cannot show up unprepared and expect success in every game. Okraku has really reduced Ghana's standards to nothing but just competition participation exercise. No effort to win matches let alone trophies. Amazingly, he thinks he is doing great for Ghana. Unbelievable.
