2. They are not able to pay newly recruited teachers.
3. Payment of National Service Personnel has become a nightmare.
4. Recruitment into the Ghana Police Service and other security agencies has become a headache.
5. Internal crises within the NDC are gradually disintegrating the party (Ref: Asiedu Nketiah vrs Muntaka).
6. Solution for the issue of galamsey seems to be beyond the reach of the government.
