It's the regional and flagstaff house responsibility. What these 2 levels of govt must do.is to call the president of the university sit down with him and broker a deal between the 3 bodies to construct the major road..ashesi ...

It is a Public Road and should be fixed by Government. Ashesi is doing what’s reasonably acceptable. Provide good education, give scholarships to needy students etc.
This blame may be a misplaced one.

The Government must help to uplift the image of Ashesi University by improving the road leading to the university. We should do away with the dusty road. Give them a first class road with street lights all the way to the camp ...

Whichever entity that owns the road is responsible for its development and maintenance.
