Unbelievable!!!!!!! What about those who couldn’t access their funds at GN Bank well before their licence was revoked? I hope both the Court and Government know the consequences of such a perverse judgement. It will open the floodgates for all those crooked financial institutions to initiate proceedings. Above all those who lost money must seriously think of taking Nduom to court. Chase him for your money paaaaa. Any appeal will shake the roots of this judgement and I hope it’s subjected to a proper fair and unbiased financial and legal test. WHY ARE WE TRYING TO WEAKEN THE POWERS OF THE REGULATORS AND DEVALUE OUR LAWS. POLITICS WILL DESTROY GHANA BEYOND RECOGNITION. LET US THINK CAREFULLY.
