  ABLAKWA should have advised Mahama to have QUIETLY used his position in the African Union,
  working through the relevant AU Committees, mutual decisions on payment or non payment of visa fees would be arrived at
  
  Those Africans applying for the visa are not DESTITUTE
  
  The issue is more sickening when one notes:
  The same Nation offering non-payment to African.....
  Is the same Nation charging its UNEMPLOYED fees to procure Application Forms for jobs that they are more likely NOT to get than likely to get
