When USSR collapsed many Russian engineers and I.T. professionals were poached by USA , Within about half the period that Vladimir Putin was in power he was able to improve the economy and attract most of them back to their homeland. JJ Rawlings was in power for 20yrs why couldn't he improve Ghana's economy to stop our ppl migrating outside? NDC was again in power for another 8yrs why couldn't they change the trend.

Let me first ask you, how many of the scientists Ghana wasted money training in the West made any impact on Ghana's development since independence? What most of us see happen is that, these guys come brandishing their certificates and diplomas only to occupy offices, pick big vehicles and fat salaries only to throw arrogance at the public.
