  Flooding is quickly becoming no news. Every small rain and flooding. Keep watching idiots dump rubbish into flowing waters and then complain about choked drains. City authorities watch on as kiosks spring up everywhere turning into soild construction and then into huge buildings in rivers and ramser sites and places they should not be. When demolition starts politics jumps in to stop it and flooding gets worse. We deserve what we are getting.
