  Good, self sufficiency is a degree of hope. The question is “What type of medicine is Ghana trying to manufacture to rely on or depend upon?” If people are aware of the process it would be easily accepted than to cover up, and out of a sudden bring forth what is never dreamt or known of. Self made vaccines accepted by WHO would wipe away fear and speculations especially when it comes to an outbreak and many more like that.
