This case has travelled from high court and now Appeals Court and in both cases FDA lost. I remember clearly that in 2024 when the high court ruling came out, NDC supporters accused the CEO of FDA of not defending the institution because TOBINCO CEO is perceive as NPP Member. Now NDC in power with their own appointed CEO of FDA, yet FDA has lost the appeal they filed against the high court ruling, are you going to attack the new CEO also of being useless?
You certainly might not be privy to all the facts adduced in court but, on Ghanaweb acting as if you know more than all the judges who have Sat on the case from High Court to Appeals Court
