  Mr.President your government is classifying hemp as a drug with police / military security escout while you are looking forward to agribusiness with investors.Meanwhile tomotoes and cocoa is just like hemp which its oil used to cook stew. but you keep on treating hemp and marijuana as same comodity.
  Did your agriculture minister go to school to read and learn about the difference between hemp and marijuana.I humblely ask you to ask your agri minister from office since he is not qualified to paid with my tax as a citizen of Ghana.Its either the brain is not there or the brain is not working and does not deserve that position.Who made him the minister of agribusiness by classifying hemp as a drug, because it is marijuana which is classify as a drug because it can high when used but still classifying hemp just like marijuana as a hemp make me sick as a Ghanaian.Its a shame in fact for a whole sitting government of Ghana including Narcotic control Ghana again and a while ministry of agribusiness to rate and classify hemp as a drug.Are we Ghanaians who went to school and universities to learn and study books upon books and come out to say industrial hemp as drug.Come on President Mahama since you need people to invest in agribusiness and you same person and your blockheaded people keep on classifing industrial hemp as a drug and that one need special license fee of 45000 dollars before one can start planting industrial hemp for medicine use to heal the sick in Ghana and to make shirts with it.Infact i am sick of your setup by classifying industrial hemp as a drug and that it will need security men to transport it and keep it.Better stop this narratives and allow farmers to cultivate this plant for the benefit of all Ghanaians.Sick men in control called government

  ONE OF THE CORE DUTIES OF EVERY CENTRAL BANK IS TO MONITOR THE DYNANICS AND FUNDAMENTS OF THE ECONOMY AND COME UP WITH POLICY SOLUTIONS AND DECISIONS TO FIX THOSE WEAK FUNDAMENTALS. DID BAWUMIAH DO THESE?
  
  99% OF GHANA'S LEADERS TALK, THINK, AND ACT LIKE FOOLS. THAT'S WHY WE ARE WHERE WE ARE, AMIDST A PLETHORA OF NATURAL RESOURCES, ALL OWNED AND CONTROLLED BY FOREIGN ENTITIES IN GHANA, EVEN INCLUDING RACIST XENOPHOBIC SOUTH AFRICANS, INDIANS CHINESE AND OTHER ASIANS.
  
  NEXT STOP OF GHANA'S LEADERS IS THE IMF/WORLD BANK AND CHINA EXIM BANK DOING "LALASULALA" FOR LOANS TO LOOT INSTEAD OF INVEST IN EXPLOITING GHANA'S COUNTLESS NATURAL RESOURCES. THEY THEN DUMP THE LOOTED LOANS ON THE ORDINARY GHANAIAN TAXPAYER TO FORK OUT IN KILLER TAXES AND LEVIES ON EVERY CONSUMER PRODUCT OR SERVICE. THAT'S WHY WE ARE WHERE WE ARE AS A HOPELESSLY FUCKED UP COUNTRY.
  
  IS THIS HOW TO BUILD AND GROW THE ECONOMY OF GHANA? EVEN THE TAX-FREE QATARIS AND EMIRATIS WOULDN'T BE WHERE THEY ARE NOW IF THIS WAS HOW THEY GREW THEIR MASSIVE ECONOMY AND ULTRA-MODERN INFRASTRUCTURE.
