  In fairness this should have been a national Home Ownership program with allocations made to all service personnel and citizenry. This selective thing does not help. So the ordinary person in Ghana should not own a govt home scheme? Then why should they vote for the NDC. It simply does not make sense. In the Kutu Acheampong days, North Kaneshie, Teshie-Nungua, Dansoman Estates projects, interested retiring service personnel, civil servants, general workers etc. were all made to put in applications and entered into instalment payment terms for eventual ownership of homes. Kutu's time ooo.
