Government spends do much money to train such brilliant minds only to lose them to the United States every year. FREE JHS, FREE SHS and now FEE FREE LEVEL 100 at university. What policies, institutions, systems and structures are we putting in place to retain these fine fertile brains for our development? The number of Ghanaians making America great, from NASA through WALTER REED ARMY MEDICAL CENTER to LOCKHEED MARTINS, etc are too numerous to enumerate. Something definitely has to be done to stem the tide.

Girl, after your doctorate, stay in America and work to sustain your livelihood and that of your extended family before making any decision to go back to Ghana.
