The court isn't against his withdrawal but the procedure he adopted was flawed. He didn't follow the prescribed procedure for withdrawal.
Lawyers do such thing to put pressure on judges.

Dame still think he has that dubious power giving to him by Akufo Addo when he decided to manupulate the court system and jail innocent people like Atto Forson. I blame NDC for their weakness and corruption.
