    Whether road or rail, there's ease of transport. Dont think you're wiser. Do you know the cost of rail per km? Talk is cheap they say. In any case infrastructure is not going to stop with Accra Kumasi expressway.

    You got it all wrong. The expressway is going to be either a dual carriage or three-lane expressway. Add the bridges, overpasses, and ancillary lanes and you’d see that $4 billion is about right.
