These are the same people who claim the pass the best bill but their president didn't sign. In the case of murder the state provides a lawyer to the accused if he cannot afford the services of a lawyer. The State office of Legal Aid is there to provide legal services to poor Ghanaians who cannot afford legal services Every Ghanaian who is sick cannot be denied medical care. Any law denying legal services to an accused person or medical services to a sick person is unconstitutional and would be struck out by the Supreme Court.

No President who respects himself and is knowledgeable would sign such a law only for the inimical parts to be set aside. If the law was not good for Nana Akuffo Addo to sign why will the same law be good for Mahama to sign? Why did NPP not convince Nana Akuffo Addo to sign the law if they thought it was good. Why can't the obnoxious parts be amended ? The Bible says it is only a fool who does not change his mind.
