In fact, the Black South African problem is largely the direct and indirect results of the Apartheid and colonial designs - keep them uneducated or poorly educated, keep them without employable skills, without entrepreneurial spirit and skills, keep them fighting and killing one another. They became increasingly rebellious and took the easy way out (including crime alcoholism, laziness, drugs). And these are the things manifesting because the Apartheid system is still largely in place and the ANC governments have not done much to change the situation for the masses.

Welfare or social security makes black people LOOSE their ingenuity, zeal, creativity, ambition, intrinsic motivation, power, drive, self-respect, voice and eventually their land!
