  Pres. Mahama, no serious private business will partner a public entity in business in Ghana. The risk is too high especially when govt will want to appoint empty cronies to bloat the wage bill. Why don't you rather offload existing non performing companies off. You even cancelled the 1D1F and now want to come through the back door. Rescind the 1D1F cancellation and get them back on track.
