  It was good that he gave an example of what is happening in the Gambia with the withdrawal of the U.S. aid. I have always felt that Gambia should not exist as a country. Gambia should have merged with Senegal to form one country. Afterall they are one people with one religion and united with one language (the Wollof). Even if Senegal and the Gambia currently speaks French and English respectively, they could still unite as done in Canada. Selfishness is what is killing us in Africa.
