This is an idea Ghanaians should all get accept, get behind it and make it a reality and mandate for all returnees, especially from Africa.

It's rather unfortunate that HonMike Oquaye Jnr. could not have raised with government in private where the best way to achieve goal could have been affirmed.

With the surge of ebola in the Congo the spread across neighboring countries may not be far off. We should probably setup a health office at the Accra International Airport where all returnees will have to provide -id, residential and permanent address and have blood viles obtained for testing.

And instead of some commentators suppoting Mr Oquaye, they are displaying their ignorance and insulting him.HIV is prevalent in South Africa as a fact ,so all retenes includinthe children should be screened before they are allowed to go to their towns and villages.It will be in their own interest and that of the country.
