They want to make sure he does not attempt the 3rd term he's trying to push. They're virtually, blackmailing him because they 'know' him so much. You should wonder lawyer why Mahama cannot stay in Ghana. The pressure is too much for him because his own people are angry with him because of 'certain appointments he's made' and its seeming favouritism, chronism and family and friends at the expense of those who worked to put him there. He is only fulfilling his promise to the people he visited during the campaign PERIOD. How does this constitute insubordination? Is Asiedu the finance minister who HOLDS THE PUBLIC PURSE to prevent government development projects from going on?
We knew TENSED KASOA and its environment was during the 2020 and 2024 looked. However, Munta Mubarak, the interior minister committee came out with ANNOYING REPORT that there were no VIOLENCE and KILLING of human beings. It was only Asiedu during his THANK YOU TOUR who CALM THE PEOPLE.
Besides, he is calming the YOUTHS who are AGITATING for jobs. Some are accusing the party for NEGLIGENCE.
Haruna Iddrisu, the education minister, in 2025 attempted to test his popularity by WALKING from the gate of PRESEC to the REGISTRATION CENTER OF SCHOOL to ascertain things for himself. Unfortunately, he could not receive a single HAND WAVE from pool parents and guardians.

Again, he thinks he is a grassroot person whom they cherish the most among future presidential candidates. To him, Teacher Asiedu, he thinks he is the top notch of all the ''big shots'' in the party, therefore nobody can control him. It's very disheartening for the Council of Elders to summon him about his ''thank you tour'' which was an infringement with the President's'' thank you tour'' of the nation. He was advised to discard his move, but, rather, vowed to continue and walked over them and sworn not to attend any cabinet meetings. He is now known as a RENEGADE executive who is laced with arrogance.
