The Board, led by Emmanuel Nii Ashie Moore has hijacked the running of the company from the MD, and is now dictating the pace, supported by another Board Member, Kwame Jantuah. They are milking the company dry. The Minister of Energy and Minister of Lands and Natural Resources should turn their attention to PSGL. They should also investigate the Board Secretary: whether she is just the Board Secretary or an Administrative staff. If she is an administrative staff, does she perform her administrative duties, apart from being the Board Sceretary? There is rot at PSGL and curernt Board must be dissolved immediately. All the vehicles they have purchased, including one for the Boars Secrtary must be retrieved. The activities of the Board should undergo forensic audit.
