  Honestly, we are not serious as a nation. How come and why was the family not notified that they have moved the body to another mortuary? Whose is responsible for the activities in the mortuary? The irresponsibility without consequences is getting out of hand in Ghana. We can never develop if there is no order in the society.

  This was a terrible error and that has nothing to do with development. In the West that is more developed than Ghana, these mistakes do take place too. The two hospital mortuaries did a sloppy job regarding the handling of the corpse, and they need to have measures in place to ensure that such gross errors don't occur again. Mistakes, when corrected, can serve society better; and these two hospitals should share their unfortunate experience with the rest of of the hospitals across Ghana so they can all all exercise caution when handling corpses so as not to add the pain that grieving families are already going through due to the loss of a loved one.
