PFAG,you know that $800million worth of rice is imported,that means the rice importers have a war chest amounting to $800million,in a corruption ridden environment such as what pertains now,any policy change without a firm presidential backing will be a treasure trove for a corrupt minister and ruling party aparatchiks.For starters,tax money should not buy foreign rice for FSHS,school feeding,nursing and teacher training colleges,state universities,hospitals etc,the challenge is the rice brokers have money and our politicians are corrupt.
