A presidential candidate promised to stop galamsey activities by imposing state of emergency and now a president, he's saying state of emergency isn't the way to go. Look at the way the capital city flood every year. No solution to flooding and it always get worse year after year. Can Ghana develop without jobs being created for the teeming youth? Africa cannot develop inspite of abundant resources simply because the gains from the resources are not evenly distributed to the citizens.
