  I see the action of the health minister as dictatorship and nothing else. When the facility was opened, the centre was delight to watch and everything was in order for both health providers and patients but now, congestion is the order of the day. Instead of the minister to come down to see things for himself and collaborate with the management, he's issuing instructions from his comfort zone. This congestion or no bed syndrome across board is simple. Hospitals at Afari and Sewua are there to reduce pressure at KATH but here we are making politics with it. The gov't doesn't see any urgency to put them operational. The sort of patients admitted to A&E are such that they cannot be admitted to lying on floor. It's unfair to accuse frontline workers for what's happening in our various A&E centres. The answer to the problems is to continue completing the agenda 111 hospitals dotted across the country especially those that have been waiting for commissioning.
