Let us all rally behind the IGP, minoster of interior, director general of CID to help support all the officers who have lost property in this horrible fire. We are thankful that no life was lost , sometimes incidents like these make us loose sentimental items that no amount of money can replace. But its my hope that everyone affect will take strength from the blessing that no life was lost. Can the ministry of interior, police service set up a line that can be verified so prople who want to help donate to help, and also can the greater accra regional minister also do the same so people can donate to help all persons who were severely affected by the recent floods. The government should set up an emergency task force to go round all the constituencies and properties built without the required drainage gutters should be fined to cover the cost of constructing decent drains. Houses that have their sewerage overflows connected into open drains should be sent to court and gi en custodial sentences. Houses without assembly required wheelie bins should be fined. . Any house without gutters should be fined and given community sentences to clear drains in their community to serve as a deterant.

Hmmmm, not surprised about this fire outbreak; was bound to happen. The area in question is choked with shops haphazardly located. The whole area should be razed down and rebuilt properly. If not, fire will breakout again.
