Finance minister tells the cabinet what the balance sheet is and what can be made available immediately. Finance minister doesn’t control ministerial portions but The President and vice who chairs cabinet ministers meetings. If cabinet say give 100 to education Ato will eventually give that 100 to education but what Ato control is making it 20 20 20 20 20 or 80 20 or 60 40 depending on liquidity n cash flows.

  First and foremost Kwesi Prat is a hypocrite and trying to play gimmicks with the hard working Minister who should not fall for such distractions. Secondly, he is speaking for his pay masters especially the daughter working at the vice president office as a staff and he is making those comments to gain more favours and attention! The honorable minister should remain forecast. As a politician any change of mind can happen and if he opt to be a president in the future so be it. Keep your silence and focus
