  Is this so called prophet trying to prophesy that it will rain heavily in June & July?? Even a new born baby knows these months are the rainy season. If he can use his influence to call those responsible to help fix the flood ...

  For all we know, this is a recurrent natural issue: it will always downpour in June-July, so not until we clear all waterways so that the rain water finds its natural path or we redirect the flow, we shall always experience over-flooding.
