  So, would it have taken more than a minute to SORT the entire list first by LAST NAME, then first (and middle names, if any)?
  
  MS Excel, OpenOffice/LibreOffice Calc and all the rest of document processing software have the capability to sort lists and it takes much less than ONE MINUTE to do this, for data of this size.
  
  It would be much much easier for evacuees to locate their names, if the list were sorted.
  
  Folks, we are still in the digital age and gradually moving into the artificial intelligence.
