  This thing called biological father means nothing when nurturing doesn't occur, a man who nurtures another person's daughter or adopted child will never contemplate such vile act but when someone else has raised his own daughter, it is discipline that prevents such things from happening because that girl is a stranger despite being his biological daughter

Humans of that inspectors type should be exposed in the community where they live, then their manhood dissolved chemically for incest with their very own biological daughter. This sort of crime

  It is a fact that both victim and culprit in this matter both need psychological counselling.
  On that note. I am bringing an issue that demand immediate attention and correction.
  For two weeks now some of the prepaid meters on the Teiko Boi Street at Nii Boi Town, cames on one (1) minute then go off for five (5) minutes and come back for another one (1) minute then to off again.
  I am of the view that this is not an issue of weak connection, since some of the meters on the same phase don't go off.
  So the issue is an electronically induced one, which must be corrected quickly or some of us will take the Electricity Company of Ghana to court.
  This matter of the light going on and off in this manner about to torture and Electricity of Ghana's disrespect for customers.
  We are not being threated like beings, put like nonbeings.
