We are watching whether these markets will function for 24 hours. Many of them will become white elephant projects due to locational issues. Already some Assemblymen are fighting over locations.

Use the money for factories and not markets.Even in Atlanta shopping malls close 9pm only some gas stations open so money will be wasted.
