As Acting Minister for Environment, Science and Technology, he has also been credited with advancing climate action and pushing for science-driven policy solutions to Ghana’s environmental challenges.

“This recognition belongs to the people of Ghana and the hardworking team at the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources and the Ministry of Environment, Science and Technology,” the Ellembelle MP said after receiving the award at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel. “We remain committed to protecting our environment and managing our natural resources for the benefit of present and future generations.”

The 6th Ghana Ministers of State Awards brings together members of government, industry players, civil society, and development partners to celebrate excellence in public service.
