They have neglected in explaining these failures to their people but rather created the impression to them that African immigrants were their problems. The drastic reduction in ANC's votes from over 90% in 1994 to 52% in the last election is ample testament to the gargantuan failure by leadership. Ramaphosa and his leadership must admit absolute failure to the people and render unqualified apologies to SAs and the innocent African migrants whose countries sacrificed their comfort for the independence of Black SAs.
