Stupid mentality! It os not everyone who has to work in the corporate world. People must learn to be hands-on, and dress according to their professions. This is the reason that Ghana has a whole lot of civil engineers who only go to building sites to stand b6 their cars without touching any material, Mechanical engineers who have no practical knowledge about how a car functions, chemical engineers who have no idea how the inside of a distillation column or a furnace looks like, though it has been opened several times in their presence.

If he changes to a work attire then it makes sense. Not adviseable to work in this outfit as a carpenter. This is normal in Ghana. Even mechanics come to work dressed well and then changing into work gear.
