  Self-imposed slavery. We don't encourage Ghanaians to learn our local languages but we think learn German, Chinese and Italian languages is the way to go. We don't see anything wrong with WELCOME at our ports of entry but anything wrong with AKWAABA at KIA. Most of these advanced countries have higher older population and are finding cunning way to get people from outside to work for them. In so doing, the pick the brilliant from our universities by giving them scholarships. After completion of their studies they don't come back to Ghana. Our government spend our scarce resources (free education, nurses allowance) to educate our youth only to be poked by wealthy advanced nations. Our bane as a nation is we like free things.
